Practice Update: COVID‐19
Updated: 12 January 2021. As Brisbane has just finished going through its three day lockdown, we thought we'd give you an update on what this means for you and your visit to the dentist.
From January 12, 2021, all appointments will go ahead as scheduled with a few minor changes. To begin with, you'll notice our entire team, including reception, wearing one face masks. As per usual, we're asking to use the hand sanitiser on entry and socially distance within our waiting room.
Finally, we ask that you wear a mask indoors. We have plenty on-hand here, or you can bring your own. As per the Queensland Health guidelines, children under the age of 12 are not required to wear a mask. However, if you wish for your child to wear a mask, please ask and we'll provide you with one.
We take our responsibility of keeping you safe seriously and we are proud as a community that we're tackling COVID head-on.
To ensure all everyone’s safety and well-being, so if you’re feeling unwell at all, we ask that you hold-off contacting us until you are symptom free.
To book in for an appointment, please feel free to call us on (07) 3395 6944 or book online. From all of us at Hello Smiles, we hope you are safe and well – we cannot wait to see you!
